CIVtech Consultants (Pty) Ltd has recently completed the detail planning and design of bulk services for Blaauwberg City (areas north of Table View), and is involved in the planning and design of further development phases of Parklands and Sunningdale.
The individual Directors were, as consulting engineers involved in and responsible for the successful completion of numerous projects in the Civil and Municipal Engineering fields over a period of more than 20 years. Some of the more prominent projects are the following:
PLANNING, DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF MUNICIPAL SERVICES TO TOWNSHIP, SECTIONAL TITLE, GROUP HOUSING AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENTS
- Residential townships in Parklands for Milnerton Estates/Aska Joint Venture (R 40,0 million plus)
- Residential townships in Sunningdale and Pinehurst for Garden Cities (R 60,0 million plus)
- Industrial townships in Airport Industria for Monex Development Company (Pty) Ltd (R 5,0 million)
- Industrial township in Blackheath
- Municipal services in Century City development for Monex Limited (R 6 million)
- Upgrading of unsurfaced streets in Melkbosstrand for Blaauwberg Municipality
- Providing guidance and assistance to the City of Cape Town (Blaauwberg Administration) with respect to implementing procurement directives to simplify documentation and to ensure the participation of SMME’s in the mainstream of civil and building construction projects.
- Civil engineering services to building projects such as Boschendal wine estate; Waterford Place in Century City and several sectional title housing developments
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE
- Construction of oxidation ponds and 10km water supply main (150mm) for Philadelphia
- Outfall sewer, sewerage pumping stations and rising mains for (Blaauwberg Municipality)
- Design and construction of bulk water, sewerage and stormwater services in Table View North as part of joint undertaking between developers and the municipality
