Project management, feasibility studies, cost estimates, planning, detail design, compiling of tender documents, contract administration and site supervision of the following:
- township roads and underground services
- bulk municipal services
- water supply, storage and irrigation schemes
- site work and services for building projects
MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
- Scenario planning for services demands and costs
- Strategic planning for infrastructure upgrading and property development projects
- Analysis of water and sewerage network, and compiling of Master Plans for services (water , sewerage and stormwater)
- Project Management and administrative support
- Structuring of agreements for combined projects between Municipalities and the Private Developers;
- Facilitating the contracting out of services;
